HumanCapital.work, empresa consultora especializada en gestión de personas, en colaboración con una empresa líder de su sector (semillas), se encuentra en la búsqueda de un perfil profesional para el siguiente cargo:

Controller

Objetivo del cargo

Asegurar la razonabilidad, precisión y oportunidad de los estados financieros de la compañía, garantizando que reflejen adecuadamente la situación económica y de gestión del negocio. El cargo es responsable de cumplir con estándares internacionales de contabilidad, reporting y compliance, apoyando la toma de decisiones estratégicas y promoviendo la correcta implementación de las políticas corporativas y del área de Administración y Finanzas.

Principales responsabilidades

Planificar y coordinar diariamente las actividades del área en conjunto con el Gerente de Administración y Finanzas.

Revisar y reportar a casa matriz los aspectos financieros relevantes de la organización.

Coordinar procesos presupuestarios y financieros (SRF, WP, 5YP) y asegurar el correcto reporting a través de GFS.

Liderar los procesos de registro contable asociados a importaciones, proveedores internacionales, entradas de mercancía y facturación.

Gestionar el registro de precios de entrega, costeo final de importaciones y cartas de crédito.

Validar impuestos mensuales (IVA, renta) y realizar cálculos de impuestos mensuales y anuales (F22).

Calcular provisiones (vacaciones, bonos) y gestionar activo fijo y depreciaciones.

Asegurar la correcta cuadratura de costos y análisis de cuentas contables.

Generar cierres contables mensuales y anuales, así como reportes de aging, cash flow y estimaciones financieras.

Liderar el proceso de auditoría anual y colaborar en presentaciones para comités corporativos.

Brindar soporte contable y financiero a áreas internas como Producción, Logística, Marketing y Recursos Humanos.

Coordinar permanentemente con los equipos internos del área de Administración y Finanzas.

Requisitos del cargo

Título profesional de Contador(a) Auditor(a), Ingeniero(a) Comercial o carrera afín.

Deseable postgrado.

Al menos 3 años de experiencia en cargos similares.

Conocimiento de la norma ISO 9001:2015.

Nivel de inglés intermedio.

Alta capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados y foco en la calidad del trabajo.

Experiencia en gestión de procesos financieros, contables y de reporting.

Habilidades de liderazgo y coordinación de equipos.
