Técnico/a en Prevención de Riesgos

HumanCapital.work, empresa consultora especializada en gestión de personas, en colaboración con una institución del ámbito de la educación superior, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Técnico/a en Prevención de Riesgos para integrarse a su Departamento de Desarrollo Organizacional, específicamente en el área de Prevención de Riesgos.

Objetivo del cargo

Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal vigente en materias de prevención de riesgos laborales, resguardando la seguridad y salud de funcionarios/as, comunidad universitaria y personal externo que presta servicios en los distintos campus de la institución.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Controlar y evaluar los riesgos presentes en los ambientes y medios de trabajo.
  • Elaborar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento al Plan de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (Plan SST).
  • Investigar accidentes del trabajo y enfermedades profesionales, generando informes y análisis de accidentabilidad.
  • Ejecutar protocolos del Ministerio de Salud (PREXOR, psicosocial, TMERT-MMC, entre otros).
  • Realizar evaluaciones de agentes físicos, químicos y biológicos, y gestionar programas de vigilancia epidemiológica.
  • Levantar información para la identificación y evaluación de riesgos conforme a la Ley 16.744.
  • Desarrollar acciones de capacitación y sensibilización en prevención de riesgos para funcionarios/as y comités paritarios.
  • Apoyar procesos institucionales asociados al cumplimiento normativo (CEAL-SM y otros).

Requisitos del cargo

  • Título de Técnico/a en Prevención de Riesgos de nivel superior.
  • Registro vigente en SEREMI de Salud y credencial al día.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en instituciones públicas o privadas (deseable en educación superior u organismos públicos).
  • Manejo de MS Office nivel intermedio.
  • Conocimiento en Ley 16.744 y normativa asociada (D.S. 594, 44, 67, 101, 109, entre otros).
  • Conocimiento en sistemas de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, salud ocupacional y control de riesgos.
  • Conocimiento de Ley Karin (excluyente).
  • Deseable conocimiento del Código del Trabajo y Estatuto Administrativo.
