Ejecutivo/a Comercial Canal Librerías - Región de Valparaíso

HumanCapital.work, empresa consultora especializada en gestión de personas, en colaboración con empresa líder del sector editorial, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Ejecutivo Comercial para el Canal Librerías, con experiencia en gestión comercial y desarrollo de clientes en la Región de Valparaíso.

Objetivo del cargo

Gestionar la promoción, difusión y comercialización del portafolio editorial de la compañía en el canal librerías y puntos de venta especializados, desarrollando relaciones comerciales con clientes actuales y potenciales, con el propósito de fortalecer la presencia de los productos en el mercado, ampliar la cobertura comercial y cumplir los objetivos de ventas definidos.

Principales funciones

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar visitas comerciales a librerías, cadenas y puntos de venta especializados, promoviendo el portafolio editorial y fortaleciendo la relación comercial con los responsables de compra.
  • Gestionar la correcta exhibición, visibilidad y disponibilidad de los productos en los puntos de venta, velando por el adecuado posicionamiento del catálogo editorial.
  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio dentro del canal librerías, ampliando la presencia de productos y fortaleciendo la relación con clientes actuales.
  • Coordinar acciones comerciales y promocionales en puntos de venta, incluyendo activaciones comerciales, presentación de novedades editoriales y apoyo en actividades culturales o ferias del libro.
  • Elaborar cotizaciones y propuestas comerciales, gestionando el proceso completo de venta y asegurando el registro de la gestión comercial en el sistema CRM.
  • Realizar seguimiento a las ventas y gestionar el proceso de postventa, manteniendo una relación cercana con los clientes y detectando nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo comercial.

Requisitos

Formación

  • Enseñanza media completa. Deseable formación técnica o profesional en áreas comerciales, administración, marketing o carreras afines.

Experiencia

  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en cargos comerciales, idealmente vinculados al canal librerías, retail especializado o consumo masivo.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en gestión de puntos de venta y relación comercial con cadenas o distribuidores.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Manejo de Microsoft Office u otras herramientas de ofimática a nivel intermedio.
  • Experiencia utilizando CRM o herramientas de gestión comercial (deseable).

Otros requisitos

  • Movilización propia.
  • Residencia en la Región de Valparaíso o disponibilidad para desarrollar gestión comercial en terreno en la zona.

Renta

  • $1.350.000 renta total estimada (fijo + variable asociado al cumplimiento de metas comerciales).
