The posting

HumanCapital.work, empresa consultora especializada en gestión de personas, en colaboración con empresa del sector servicios, se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Analista de Datos, quien será responsable de desarrollar reportes, dashboards y análisis que permitan transformar datos en información útil para la toma de decisiones estratégicas y operativas.

Objetivo del cargo

Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener modelos de análisis, visualización e interpretación de datos, asegurando la calidad, integridad y disponibilidad de la información corporativa.

Principales funciones

  • Recopilar, procesar y analizar información proveniente de distintas fuentes internas y externas.
  • Diseñar e implementar dashboards, reportes e indicadores de gestión, KPIs.
  • Automatizar procesos de extracción, limpieza y transformación de datos.
  • Colaborar con distintas áreas para identificar necesidades de información y proponer soluciones basadas en datos.
  • Apoyar la implementación de modelos analíticos y predictivos.
  • Mantener y documentar fuentes de datos, procesos y metodologías de análisis.
  • Participar en proyectos de inteligencia de negocios, transformación digital y mejora continua.

Requisitos

Formación

Título profesional en Ingeniería en Informática, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Industrial, Estadística, Ciencia de Datos o carrera afín.

Experiencia

Al menos 2 años de experiencia en análisis de datos, inteligencia de negocios, desarrollo de reportes o cargos similares.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Manejo de herramientas de visualización de datos, como Power BI, Tableau, Looker u otras.
  • Conocimientos en bases de datos y SQL.
  • Manejo de Python, R u otras herramientas de análisis de datos.
  • Conocimientos en procesos ETL, modelamiento de datos y análisis estadístico.
  • Deseable experiencia o formación en Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, gobierno de datos o seguridad de la información.

Otros requisitos

Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial en la comuna de Providencia.
