Ejecutivo Comercial Canal Educacional – Región Metropolitana

HumanCapital.work, empresa consultora especializada en gestión de personas, en colaboración con Editorial Zig-Zag, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Ejecutivo Comercial para el Canal Educacional, con experiencia en gestión comercial y desarrollo de clientes en la Región Metropolitana.

Objetivo del cargo

Gestionar la promoción, difusión y comercialización del portafolio editorial de la compañía en establecimientos educacionales, desarrollando relaciones comerciales con colegios, escuelas y liceos, con el propósito de posicionar los productos de la editorial, ampliar la cobertura de mercado y cumplir los objetivos comerciales definidos.

Principales funciones

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar visitas comerciales a establecimientos educacionales (colegios, escuelas y liceos), promoviendo el portafolio editorial y asesorando a docentes, equipos directivos y responsables de adquisición de material educativo.
  • Relacionarse con docentes, coordinadores académicos y Unidades Técnico Pedagógicas (UTP) para presentar soluciones editoriales alineadas con los planes y necesidades educativas de cada establecimiento.
  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio en el canal educacional, generando relaciones comerciales sostenibles con instituciones públicas y privadas.
  • Presentar y difundir soluciones editoriales adaptadas a las necesidades pedagógicas de cada establecimiento.
  • Participar en ferias del libro, actividades educativas, eventos institucionales y presentaciones a comunidades escolares, apoyando la promoción del catálogo editorial.
  • Elaborar cotizaciones y propuestas comerciales, gestionando el proceso completo de venta y asegurando el registro de la gestión comercial en el sistema CRM.
  • Realizar seguimiento a las ventas y gestionar el proceso de postventa, manteniendo una relación cercana con los clientes y detectando nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo comercial.

Requisitos

Formación

  • Enseñanza media completa. Deseable formación técnica o profesional en áreas comerciales, educación, marketing o administración.

Experiencia

  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en cargos comerciales, idealmente vinculados al sector educacional, editorial o venta de soluciones educativas.
  • Se valorará especialmente experiencia previa en gestión comercial con establecimientos educacionales.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Manejo de Microsoft Office u otras herramientas de ofimática a nivel intermedio.
  • Experiencia utilizando CRM o herramientas de gestión comercial (deseable).

Otros requisitos

  • Movilización propia.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar gestión comercial en terreno dentro de la Región Metropolitana.

Renta

  • $1.350.000 renta total estimada (fijo + variable asociado al cumplimiento de metas comerciales).
