HumanCapital.work, empresa consultora especializada en gestión de personas, en colaboración con una importante empresa del sector productivo, se encuentra en búsqueda de un(a) Inspector(a) de Calidad, para incorporarse a sus operaciones.

Objetivo del cargo

Velar por la calidad e inocuidad de los productos durante el proceso productivo, realizando controles, verificaciones y registros que permitan asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares y procedimientos definidos por la organización.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Realizar controles de calidad y muestreo de productos durante las distintas etapas del proceso productivo.
  • Verificar parámetros de calidad en productos terminados y semiterminados.
  • Supervisar aspectos asociados al envasado, peso, sellado, rotulación y trazabilidad de los productos.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de procedimientos operativos, estándares de higiene y puntos críticos de control.
  • Completar y mantener actualizados los registros físicos y digitales asociados a las inspecciones realizadas.
  • Identificar desviaciones y productos no conformes, informando oportunamente al área correspondiente.
  • Verificar la implementación de acciones correctivas y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad establecidos.
  • Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua y promover buenas prácticas de calidad, orden e inocuidad dentro de la operación.

Requisitos

  • Técnico(a) en Alimentos, Agronomía, Química o carrera afín.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en cargos relacionados con control de calidad, producción o funciones similares.
  • Conocimientos en procesos de control de calidad e inocuidad.
  • Manejo básico de Microsoft Office y herramientas tecnológicas.
  • Deseable formación o conocimientos en BPM y sistema HACCP.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera 100% presencial en la zona norte de la Región Metropolitana.
