The posting

HumanCapital.work, empresa consultora especializada en gestión de personas, en colaboración con empresa del sector servicios, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Junior Administrativo, quien será responsable de brindar apoyo administrativo, operativo y logístico a distintas áreas de la organización, realizando trámites, gestiones documentales y soporte interno para el correcto funcionamiento diario de la empresa.

Objetivo del cargo

Apoyar la gestión administrativa de la organización mediante la realización de trámites bancarios, comerciales y administrativos, gestión de correspondencia, apoyo logístico interno, organización documental y soporte a distintas áreas, contribuyendo a la continuidad operativa y al cumplimiento oportuno de los requerimientos internos.

Principales funciones

  • Realizar trámites bancarios, administrativos, comerciales y de pago, según los requerimientos de las distintas áreas de la empresa.
  • Gestionar correspondencia, courier, recepción y despacho de documentos, cheques y pagos a proveedores.
  • Brindar apoyo logístico al cliente interno, tanto en oficina como fuera de ella, según las necesidades operativas.
  • Apoyar como reemplazo de recepción en casos de ausencia, permisos u horarios de colación, atendiendo visitas, mensajería, documentos y control de acceso.
  • Colaborar en tareas administrativas para áreas como Administración, Contabilidad, Remuneraciones u otras que lo requieran.
  • Apoyar en la gestión de plataformas web, procesos administrativos y trámites asociados a la operación diaria.
  • Organizar, archivar y mantener documentación física y digital, incluyendo correos, recibos, facturas, reportes y otros respaldos administrativos.

Requisitos

Formación:

  • Enseñanza Media completa.
  • Deseable formación técnico profesional en áreas administrativas, comerciales, administración de empresas o carrera afín.

Experiencia: Al menos 2 años de experiencia en funciones administrativas, logísticas, de apoyo operativo o similares.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Manejo de herramientas computacionales y plataformas web de gestión.
  • Conocimientos en procedimientos administrativos, gestión documental y archivo.
  • Conocimientos en documentos comerciales, bancarios, pagos y correspondencia.
  • Deseable conocimiento básico en contabilidad, gestión comercial o administración.
  • Deseable familiaridad con trámites ante entidades bancarias, previsionales y de pago.

Otros requisitos

Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial en Providencia y para realizar trámites fuera de oficina, según los requerimientos del cargo.

Renta líquida: $600.000.-
