Periodista de Comunicaciones Internas y Externas

HumanCapital.work, empresa consultora especializada en gestión de personas, en colaboración con empresa del sector servicios, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Periodista de Comunicaciones Internas y Externas, quien será responsable de apoyar la gestión comunicacional de la organización, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento de la comunicación corporativa y la correcta difusión de información hacia públicos internos y externos.

Objetivo del cargo

Desarrollar y ejecutar contenidos y acciones de comunicación interna y externa, contribuyendo a fortalecer la identidad corporativa, la difusión de información estratégica y el posicionamiento institucional de la organización.

Principales funciones

  • Elaborar contenidos corporativos para distintos canales de comunicación interna y externa, tales como comunicados, notas, boletines, intranet, sitio web y redes corporativas.
  • Apoyar la gestión de comunicaciones internas, facilitando la difusión de información relevante hacia colaboradores y áreas de la organización.
  • Participar en la planificación y ejecución de acciones de comunicación externa, contribuyendo al posicionamiento de la compañía y a la coherencia del mensaje institucional.
  • Apoyar la organización y cobertura comunicacional de eventos corporativos, actividades internas y acciones institucionales.
  • Colaborar en la gestión de contenidos digitales y redes sociales corporativas, asegurando consistencia con los lineamientos de comunicación de la empresa.
  • Coordinar con distintas áreas internas para levantar información y generar contenidos de valor para los distintos públicos de interés.

Requisitos

Formación

  • Título profesional de Periodista.

Experiencia

  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados con comunicaciones internas, comunicaciones corporativas o comunicaciones externas.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Excelente redacción y generación de contenidos corporativos.
  • Manejo de herramientas de ofimática.
  • Deseable experiencia en gestión de contenidos digitales o redes sociales corporativas.

Otros requisitos

Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial en la comuna de Providencia.
