Standort: Raum Düsseldorf | Vollzeit | Unbefristet Für unseren Mandanten, ein seit über 40 Jahren technologieführendes, mittelständisches Unternehmen im Bereich chemische Befestigungstechnik – weltweit führender Hersteller im OEM/Private Label-Segment und eingebettet in eine international aufgestellte, Konzerngruppe – suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Bauingenieur (m/w/d). Ihre Aufgaben

  • Produktentwicklung: Aktive Mitgestaltung neuer Produkte entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von der ersten Idee über die Entwicklung bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung
  • Zulassungsmanagement: Organisation, Betreuung und Koordination internationaler Zulassungsprojekte sowie interner Materialprüfungen
  • Technische Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege technischer Unterlagen und Produktdokumentationen in der erforderlichen Qualität und Struktur
  • Markt- & Trendanalyse: Systematische Analyse und Auswertung von Markt- und Zulassungstrends zur Ableitung strategischer Produktempfehlungen
  • Technische Kundenberatung: Professionelle Bearbeitung technischer Kundenanfragen als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für baupraktische und zulassungsrelevante Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen – idealerweise mit Spezialisierung in der Baustoffprüfung und/oder im Zulassungsverfahren von Bauprodukten
  • Fachkenntnisse: Kenntnisse aus dem Massivbau sowie Vertrautheit mit einschlägigen Normen und Zulassungsverfahren von Vorteil
  • Analytische Stärke: Strukturierte Problemlösung durch zielgerichtete Informationsgewinnung sowie die Fähigkeit, Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen und Prioritäten klar zu setzen
  • Arbeitsweise: Eigenverantwortlich, konsequent und in der Lage, Themen auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld zuverlässig voranzutreiben
  • Persönlichkeit: Kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch an die eigene Arbeit
  • Sprachkompetenz: Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Bearbeitung internationaler Zulassungsprojekte
