Für unseren Mandanten, ein renommiertes, inhabergeführtes Architekturbüro mit einem vielseitigen Projektspektrum – von Neubau und Umbau über Sanierung bis hin zu Projekten im Denkmalschutz – suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Bauleitung (m/w/d). Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bauüberwachung: Eigenverantwortliche Überwachung und Koordination der Bauausführung vor Ort zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Kommunikation & Koordination: Professionelle Kommunikation mit Bauherren, Ingenieuren und allen am Bau Beteiligten zur Klärung technischer Details und Lösung von Problemen
  • Abnahmen & Mängelverfolgung: Durchführung von Bauabnahmen sowie Erstellung und konsequente Verfolgung von Mängelprotokollen bis zur vollständigen Beseitigung
  • Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege von Baufortschrittsberichten und Projektdokumentationen für interne und externe Zwecke
  • Compliance: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards auf der Baustelle

Ihr Profil

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder der Architektur – als solide Grundlage für eine anspruchsvolle Bauleitungsposition
  • Berufserfahrung: 5 bis 10 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Projektleitung – Sie wissen, was Sie tun und bringen echte fachliche Tiefe mit
  • Arbeitsweise: Strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich – mit analytischem Blick für Chancen und Potenziale
  • Kommunikation: Klare, offene Kommunikation intern wie extern – auf Augenhöhe mit Bauherren, Planern und ausführenden Firmen
  • Digitalität: Ausgeprägte Affinität zu digitalen Tools und modernen Arbeitsprozessen
  • Persönlichkeit: Teamplayer mit Optimismus, Gestaltungswille und dem Antrieb, Dinge wirklich voranzubringen
  • Systemkenntnisse: Grundkenntnisse in Allplan von Vorteil
