Standort: Langenfeld | Vollzeit | Unbefristet Für unseren Mandanten, ein stark wachsendes Unternehmen aus der Rüstungsindustrie mit einem langfristig stabilen und strategisch bedeutsamen Marktumfeld, suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d) – in unbefristeter Festanstellung, keine Zeitarbeit. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verdrahtung & Installation: Fachgerechte elektrische Verdrahtung und Installation von Generatoren, Schaltschränken sowie Steuerungseinheiten gemäß Schaltplänen und technischen Zeichnungen
  • Inbetriebnahme & Prüfung: Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen und Funktionsprüfungen sowie systematische Fehleranalyse und -behebung an elektrischen Anlagen
  • Normen & Sicherheit: Konsequente Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften, Normen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Optimierung: Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Verdrahtungs- und Installationskonzepte
  • Technische Dokumentation: Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Pflege technischer Unterlagen wie Stromlaufplänen und Prüfprotokollen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Konstruktion und mechanische Fertigung zur termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Auftragsabwicklung

Ihr Profil

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik – z. B. als Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Schaltschrankverdrahtung, im Anlagenbau oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Planlesekompetenz: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lesen und praxisgerechten Umsetzen von Schalt- und Stromlaufplänen
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein: Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein als selbstverständlicher Bestandteil der täglichen Arbeit
  • Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert – mit echter Freude an praktischen technischen Herausforderungen
  • Persönlichkeit: Teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und mit technischer Begeisterung
  • Sprachkompetenz: Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
