Standort: Langenfeld | Vollzeit | Unbefristet Für unseren Mandanten, ein stark wachsendes Unternehmen aus der Rüstungsindustrie mit einem langfristig stabilen und strategisch bedeutsamen Marktumfeld, suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) – in unbefristeter Festanstellung, keine Zeitarbeit. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Montage & Inbetriebnahme: Eigenverantwortliche mechanische Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Generatoranlagen sowie komplexen Baugruppen
  • Zeichnungsgerechte Fertigung: Präzises Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen und Stücklisten mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Funktionsprüfung & Qualitätskontrolle: Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen und Qualitätskontrollen zur Sicherstellung eines einwandfreien Anlagenbetriebs
  • Fehleranalyse & -behebung: Systematische Analyse und professionelle Behebung von Fehlern an mechanischen Komponenten
  • Wartung & Optimierung: Mitwirkung bei Wartungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Konstruktion, Elektrotechnik und Fertigung für eine termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Auftragsabwicklung

Ihr Profil

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbare mechanische Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung: Praxiserfahrung in der mechanischen Montage von Vorteil – engagierte Berufseinsteiger mit entsprechender Ausbildung sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Planlesekompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein: Strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Anspruch an Qualität und Sorgfalt
  • Persönlichkeit: Teamfähig, technisch begeistert und mit echtem Interesse an anspruchsvollen mechanischen Herausforderungen
