Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fahrzeugdiagnose: Eigenständige, professionelle Fehlerdiagnose mit modernsten Diagnoseinstrumenten und -systemen
  • Prüfung & Dokumentation: Fachgerechte Durchführung von Fahrzeugprüfungen sowie präzise Beurteilung und Dokumentation entstandener Schäden
  • Reparatur & Umbau: Eigenständige Ausführung von Aus-, Um- und Nachrüstarbeiten auf höchstem handwerklichem Niveau
  • Qualitätssicherung: Eigenverantwortliche Sicherstellung der Ausführungsqualität gemäß Hersteller- und Servicevorgaben
  • Teamunterstützung: Aktive Unterstützung der Kollegen für einen reibungslosen, effizienten Werkstattbetrieb
  • Serviceprozesse: Sicherstellung und konsequente Einhaltung der definierten Servicekernprozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fachkenntnisse: Fundiertes Wissen über aktuelle Fahrzeugtechnik und moderne Diagnoseinstrumente
  • Branchenkenntnisse: Solides Verständnis der gängigen Produktpaletten sowie der zugehörigen Zubehör- und Dienstleistungsangebote
  • Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, präzise und qualitätsbewusst – mit einem hohen Anspruch an die eigene Arbeit
  • Persönlichkeit: Kundenorientiert, kommunikationsstark und mit einer positiven, serviceorientierten Ausstrahlung
