Für unseren Mandanten, ein innovatives, wachstumsstarkes Holzbauunternehmen mit Spezialisierung auf digitale Planung, vorgefertigte 2D-Holzrahmen-Elemente und 3D-Raum-Module – tätig für Projektentwickler, öffentliche und private Bauherren sowie Investoren – suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Konstrukteur / CAD-Konstrukteur Holzbau (m/w/d). Das Unternehmen steht für modernen, klimafreundlichen Holzbau auf höchstem Qualitätsniveau und bietet Ihnen eine abwechslungsreiche Position mit enger Zusammenarbeit zwischen Konstruktion, Fertigung und Montage – in einem Team, das Holzbau wirklich lebt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Konstruktionsentwicklung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung bei der Entwicklung und Detaillierung von Holzbaukonstruktionen
  • Planerstellung: Erstellung von Ausführungs- und Detailplänen mittels branchenspezifischer CAD-Software
  • 3D-Konstruktionen & Werkpläne: Erstellung dreidimensionaler Konstruktionen und Werkpläne in Abstimmung mit Produktion und Montage
  • Koordination: Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter hinsichtlich der Anforderungen an die Holzbaukonstruktion
  • Technische Umsetzung: Konstruktive Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus Bauphysik, Statik und Brandschutz
  • Stücklisten & Maschinendaten: Erstellung von Stücklisten für Materialbestellungen sowie Maschinendaten für die Produktion
  • Abrechnung: Durchführung der Abrechnung der betreuten Bauvorhaben

Ihr Profil

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zimmerer oder Tischler/Schreiner – idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister, alternativ ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Holzbau
  • Berufserfahrung: Erste Praxiserfahrung im Holzbau – durch Ausbildung, Praktika oder Berufstätigkeit
  • CAD-Kenntnisse: Interesse an oder erste Erfahrung mit branchenüblicher CAD-Software wie Dietrichs und/oder Cadwork
  • Persönlichkeit: Echte Begeisterung für den Holzbau, Engagement und der Wille, sich aktiv in Projekte einzubringen
  • Arbeitsweise: Zielorientiert, selbstständig und strukturiert – mit Teamgeist und guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
