Für unseren Mandanten, ein innovatives, inhabergeführtes Familienunternehmen mit rund 30 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Verkauf, Vermietung und Service hochwertiger Bau- und Landmaschinen namhafter Hersteller, suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mechatroniker / Landmaschinenmechaniker (m/w/d). Das Unternehmen steht für echten Teamspirit, kurze Entscheidungswege und eine offene, unkonventionelle Arbeitsatmosphäre – in der Qualität vor Quantität gilt und kein Tag wie der andere ist.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Wartung & Instandhaltung: Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Baumaschinen und Nutzfahrzeugen
  • Fehlerdiagnose: Systematische Fehlerdiagnose und Störungsbehebung an hydraulischen, mechanischen und elektrischen Systemen
  • Motoren & Antriebstechnik: Arbeiten an Motoren, Antriebssträngen und Hydraulikkomponenten auf höchstem handwerklichem Niveau
  • Kundendienst & Prüfungen: Durchführung von Kundendiensten sowie sicherheitstechnischen Prüfungen (UVV)
  • Umbau & Nachrüstung: Umbau und individuelle Nachrüstung von Maschinen nach Kundenanforderungen
  • Maschinenübergabe: Vorbereitung und professionelle Übergabe der Maschinen an Kunden
  • Dokumentation: Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Landmaschinenmechaniker oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation – engagierte Berufseinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen
  • Fachkenntnisse: Technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Hydraulik, Mechanik sowie Motor- und Antriebstechnik
  • Berufserfahrung: Erste Praxiserfahrung in der Wartung und Reparatur von Maschinen von Vorteil – Leidenschaft und Lernbereitschaft zählen mehr als ein perfekter Lebenslauf
  • Persönlichkeit: Zuverlässig, teamfähig und mit einem freundlichen, kundenorientierten Auftreten
  • Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, sorgfältig und strukturiert – mit echtem handwerklichem Geschick
