Standort: Radolfzell am Bodensee | Vollzeit oder Teilzeit | Unbefristet Für unseren Mandanten, ein renommiertes, wachstumsstarkes Ingenieurbüro mit rund 100 Beschäftigten und einem klaren Fokus auf nachhaltige Gebäudetechnik, innovative Energiekonzepte und zukunftsorientiertes Bauen – mit Standort in Stuttgart & am Bodensee und enger Verzahnung mit Hochschulen und Forschungseinrichtungen – suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Projektleiter Elektrotechnik / TGA (m/w/d). Ihre Aufgaben

  • Teamleitung: Eigenverantwortliche Führung des Planungsteams Elektrotechnik mit klarer Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Projektplanung: Planung von Stark- und Schwachstromanlagen in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung gemäß HOAI – über alle relevanten Leistungsphasen hinweg
  • Berechnungen & Ausschreibung: Erstellung der erforderlichen technischen Berechnungen sowie vollständiger Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Projektsteuerung: Übergreifende Abstimmung mit allen Planungsbeteiligten hinsichtlich Planungsleistungen, Qualität, Kosten und Terminen – mit voller Verantwortung für den Projekterfolg
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Enge, interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachabteilungen wie Bauphysik, HLSK und Energiekonzeption

Ihr Profil

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eine Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker – alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich TGA/Elektrotechnik
  • HOAI-Erfahrung: Fundierte Kenntnisse und nachweisbare Praxiserfahrung in allen Leistungsphasen der HOAI
  • Fachkenntnisse: Solides Verständnis der Planungs- und Bauprozesse in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Softwarekenntnisse: Kenntnisse in branchenspezifischer Software wie Simaris oder DIALux von Vorteil
  • Persönlichkeit: Verantwortungsbewusst, kommunikationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig – mit dem Willen, Projekte aktiv zu gestalten und zum Erfolg zu führen
