The posting

We are inviting applications from internal candidates who are ready to take the next step in their leadership career and join the Complete Recovery programme as a Team Leader.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year Team Leader experience within a collections environment.
  • Strong operational experience within a collections environment.
  • Proven people-management and leadership experience.
  • Ability to effectively manage team performance and drive achievement of operational targets.
  • Strong communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
  • Comcast experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading, motivating and managing a team of collections agents.
  • Monitoring and driving team performance against operational targets and KPIs.
  • Providing coaching, feedback and performance support to team members.
  • Managing attendance, conduct and overall team adherence.
  • Identifying performance gaps and implementing appropriate action plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with operational processes, policies and client requirements.
  • Supporting a positive employee and customer experience.
  • Working closely with Operations and support functions to achieve campaign objectives.
