Internal Opportunity: Collections Training Team Leader – Fixed Term

We are looking for a Collections Training Team Leader to lead and support a training team, ensuring new employees receive the coaching, guidance and support required to successfully transition into production.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be an internal employee.
  • Must have been with the business for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Collections experience is essential.
  • Previous Team Leader or leadership experience will be advantageous.
  • Previous training, coaching or facilitation experience will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, coaching and people-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Internal Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Have a minimum of 6 months' service with the campaign.
  • Have no active warnings.
  • Have no conduct or disciplinary issues.
  • Have a good attendance record with no concerning absenteeism.
  • Be in good standing with the business.
  • Demonstrate consistent performance in their current role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Collections training team.
  • Coach and develop trainees throughout the training journey.
  • Monitor attendance, performance and learner progress.
  • Provide feedback and identify areas requiring additional support.
  • Ensure training targets and operational requirements are met.
  • Work closely with Operations and L&D to support a smooth transition from training to production.
  • Maintain a positive, professional and performance-focused training environment.
  • Address performance and attendance concerns in line with company processes.
