Position: Team Leader Campaign: Payflex Employment Type: Internal Vacancy

We are inviting applications from Payflex employees who are ready to take the next step in their career and demonstrate their ability to lead, support and motivate a team.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:

  • Be a current Payflex employee.
  • Have been employed on the Payflex campaign for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Have no active disciplinary warnings.
  • Have a strong attendance record with no concerning attendance patterns.
  • Consistently demonstrate professionalism, reliability and accountability.
  • Have a positive performance record and consistently meet the expectations of their current role.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching and motivating a team to achieve operational targets.
  • Monitoring team performance and addressing performance gaps.
  • Providing regular coaching, feedback and support to team members.
  • Ensuring adherence to Payflex and iContact BPO processes, policies and procedures.
  • Managing attendance, punctuality and overall team discipline.
  • Supporting the team in achieving productivity, quality and customer service targets.
  • Identifying operational challenges and escalating issues where required.
  • Maintaining accurate team performance records and reporting on key metrics.
  • Supporting employee engagement and creating a positive team environment.
  • Working closely with Operations, Quality, Training and other support functions.
  • Acting as a role model and demonstrating the behaviours expected of a leader.
