"აი სი არ ჯგუფი" საქართველოს ბაზარზე რამდენიმე შვილობილი კომპანიითაა წარმოდგენილი. აერთიანებს ფეხსაცმლის, ტანსაცმლის, აქსესუარების, ავეჯის საერთაშორისო ბრენდებს, კვების ობიექტებს, უძრავი ქონებისა და სოფლის მეურნეობის მიმართულებას. ჩვენ გთავაზობთ, ურთიერთპატივისცემაზე დაფუძნებულ, მეგობრულ და განვითარებაზე ორიენტირებულ სამუშაო გარემოს, ჩვენი მიზანია თითოეულ თანამშრომელს მიეცეს პროფესიული ზრდის შესაძლებლობა სტაბილურ და პერსპექტიულ სამუშაო სივრცეში.შპს ,,საერთაშორისო კორპორაცია აი სი არ“-ი აცხადებს ვაკანსიას იურისტის პოზიციაზე.სამუშაოს ადგილმდებარეობა: თბილისი, დავით აღმაშენებლის ხეივანი 125სამუშაო განაკვეთი: სრულიაი სი არ ჯგუფში შემავალი, მინდობილი კომპანიების სამართლებრივი მხარდაჭერაძირითადი ფუნქცია- მოვალეობები:• კომპანიის ყოველდღიური საქმიანობის სამართლებრივი მხარდაჭერა და სხვადასხვა მიმართულებით წარმოშობილი სამართლებრივი საკითხების ანალიზი;• ხელშეკრულებებისა და სხვა სამართლებრივი დოკუმენტაციის მომზადება, განხილვა და სამართლებრივი ექსპერტიზა;• შიდა სამართლებრივი დოკუმენტაციის, რეგულაციებისა და ინსტრუქციების შემუშავებასა და განახლებაში მონაწილეობა;• სამართლებრივი რისკების იდენტიფიცირება, შეფასება და მათი შემცირების მიზნით შესაბამისი რეკომენდაციების მომზადება;• კომპანიის საქმიანობასთან დაკავშირებულ საკითხებზე სამართლებრივი დასკვნებისა და რეკომენდაციების მომზადება;• კომპანიის სტრუქტურული ერთეულებისთვის სამართლებრივი კონსულტაციების გაწევა;• კონტრაქტორებთან ხელშეკრულებების პირობების განხილვასა და მოლაპარაკებებში მონაწილეობა;• კომპანიის წარმომადგენლობა სასამართლოებში, სახელმწიფო და მუნიციპალურ ორგანოებსა და სხვა ორგანიზაციებთან ურთიერთობისას;• სასამართლო დავებთან დაკავშირებული სამართლებრივი დოკუმენტაციის მომზადება და დავების წარმოებაში მონაწილეობა;• საკანონმდებლო ცვლილებების მონიტორინგი და კომპანიის საქმიანობაზე მათი შესაძლო გავლენის შეფასება.საკვალიფიკაციო მოთხოვნები:• უმაღლესი იურიდიული განათლება;• იურიდიულ სფეროში მუშაობის არანაკლებ 3–5-წლიანი გამოცდილება;• სამოქალაქო, სამეწარმეო და სახელშეკრულებო სამართლის საფუძვლიანი ცოდნა;• ხელშეკრულებებისა და სამართლებრივი დოკუმენტაციის დამოუკიდებლად მომზადების გამოცდილება;• სასამართლო დავებთან მუშაობის პრაქტიკული გამოცდილება;• სამართლებრივი ანალიზისა და დასკვნების მომზადების უნარი;• ინგლისური ენის ცოდნა.საჭირო კომპეტენციები:• ანალიტიკური და კრიტიკული აზროვნება;• მოლაპარაკებისა და არგუმენტირებული კომუნიკაციის უნარი;• დეტალებზე ორიენტირებულობა და პასუხისმგებლობის მაღალი გრძნობა;• დამოუკიდებლად და გუნდურად მუშაობის უნარი;• ცვლილებებთან ადაპტაციისა და პროფესიული განვითარების მზაობა.დაინტერესების შემთხვევაში, გთხოვთ, რეზიუმე გამოაგზავნოთ 30 ოქტომბრის ჩათვლით.გისურვებთ წარმატებას!
