Door een goede relatie is de werving&selectie procedure aan ons toevertrouwd voor de functie van Acceptant Particulieren. Als acceptant particulieren ben jij onze expert op het gebied van verzekeringen voor particulieren. Jij staat klaar voor adviseurs die vragen hebben over deze verzekeringen. Je bekijkt zelfstandig de risico's en aanvragen voor particuliere polissen en zorgt ervoor dat ze correct worden verwerkt. Altijd zoek je naar de beste oplossing voor de klant, volgens de vastgestelde procedures en regels voor premies en voorwaarden. Ook denk je na over manieren om de werkzaamheden efficiënter en klantvriendelijker te maken, en je voert verbeteringen zelfstandig door. Vereisten Mbo werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur een afgeronde financiële opleiding) Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in deze of een soortgelijke functie Goede communicatieve vaardigheden zowel in woord als geschrift In bezit van WFT-basis en WFT-schade particulier Klantvriendelijke en een echte teamspeler Voordelen 30 vakantiedagen per jaar (bij een fulltime dienstverband) Vakantietoeslag van 8,3% Vaste 13e maand Eindejaarsuitkering van €230,- (bij een fulltime dienstverband) Flexibele werktijden Goede pensioenregeling Reiskosten- en thuiswerkvergoeding Mogelijkheid tot deelname aan collectieve ziektekostenverzekering
