Jouw Rol: Als HR Adviseur ben jij dé steunpilaar voor leidinggevenden binnen onze organisatie. Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden zijn divers en dynamisch. Je adviseert en ondersteunt bij HR-vraagstukken, zoals werving en selectie, organisatieverandering en wet- en regelgeving. Jij zorgt ervoor dat personele kwesties bespreekbaar worden gemaakt en opgelost. Wat ga je doen? Advies en Ondersteuning: Je staat leidinggevenden bij met raad en daad op het gebied van HR, waarbij je altijd proactief meedenkt en adviseert. Organisatieverandering: Je bent betrokken bij het adviseren over personele en organisatorische gevolgen van veranderingen. Jij maakt het verschil in het soepel laten verlopen van deze processen. Projectleiding: Als HR Adviseur neem je de leiding in projecten gericht op personeels- en organisatieontwikkeling. Een kans om je leiderschapskwaliteiten te laten zien! Informatie en Analyse: Je verzamelt en analyseert managementinformatie, waarmee je de basis legt voor de evaluatie en bijstelling van ons HR-beleid. Jouw Netwerk: Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met de HR Manager, andere HR Adviseurs, interne collega's en externe partners. Samen bouwen we aan een sterke HR-community! Vereisten Afgeronde, erkende en volwaardige HBO opleiding in HRM Meerdere jaren bewezen ervaring als HR-adviseur Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden zowel in woord al geschrift Kennis en ervaring met het MS Office pakket Je bent organisatiegericht met een duidelijke visie Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken maar ook in een team; Voordelen Wij zijn een kleine groeiende organisatie, dynamisch en energiek.
