Ben jij een gedreven en klantgerichte Salarisadministrateur die toe is aan een nieuwe uitdaging? Dan hebben wij de perfecte functie voor jou! Voor een goede relatie zijn wij opzoek naar een Salarisadministrateur die zich wil storten in een functie met de ultieme mix van salarisadministratie, personeelsadvies & klantcontact. Je denkt mee met de klant én met je collega's en begrijpt als geen ander dat automatisering ontzettend belangrijk is voor de toekomst. Als Salarisadministrateur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van een foutloze salarisverwerking en weet jij als geen ander hoe belangrijk het is om nauwkeurig en accuraat te werk te gaan. Daarnaast signaleer je subsidiekansen voor de klanten en adviseer je over regelingen en beloningen waar de klant gebruik van kan maken. Maar dat is niet alles, want als expert op het gebied van arbeidsvoorwaarden en sociale zaken, begeleid je ook klanten bij vraagstukken rondom arbeidsongeschiktheid en verzuim. Je hebt een proactieve houding en vindt het leuk om zowel intern als bij jouw klanten te helpen stappen te zetten op het gebied van automatisering. Met jouw kennis en ervaring weet je oplossingen te bieden en klanten te adviseren over de mogelijkheden en voordelen van automatisering. Daarnaast heb je een goed gevoel voor klantcontact en ben je in staat om de klant op een professionele en prettige manier te woord te staan. Vereisten Een afgeronde opleiding op het gebied van salarisadministratie zoals PDL (VPS een pré) Bij voorkeur een afgeronde opleiding arbeidsrecht of personeelsmanagement Min. 4 jaar relevante werkervaring Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse & Engelse taal in woord en geschrift Je snapt het belang van digitalisering en hebt daar ook feeling voor Je bent een echte teamplayer maar kan ook goed zelfstandig werken Klantvriendelijk De wil om veel te leren!
