The posting

Voor onze opdrachtgever, een opleidingsbedrijf gespecialiseerd in bouw gerelateerde opleidingen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Assistent Controller (24-32 uur). We zoeken een persoon die geniet van het creëren van inzicht in de financiële administratie en het uitvoeren van analyses op de bedrijfsvoering. Als Assistent Controller ben je samen met de administratief medewerker verantwoordelijk voor het volledige financiële beheer. Daarnaast bereid je de periodeafsluitingen voor, draag je bij aan de jaarafsluiting, bewaak je de balansen en voorzie je de Manager Financiële en Juridische Zaken van advies over alles wat je relevant acht om de (financiële) processen te bewaken of te optimaliseren. Tot slot ben je de ondersteunende kracht van de financieel medewerker. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: Evaluatie en bewaking van de crediteurenpositie op zowel juistheid als volledigheid; Beoordeling van de kredietwaardigheid van nieuwe debiteuren; Evaluatie van de courantheid van vorderingen en het doen van voorstellen met betrekking tot de mutatie van voorzieningen; Beoordeling van de courantheid van voorraad en het doen van voorstellen voor herwaardering of afschrijving; Opstellen en beoordelen van rapportages en overzichten; Controle van de Btw-aangiftes Tijdige opvolging van de Btw-positie; Tijdige opvolging van de loonheffingen; Evaluatie van de voorlopige aangifte Vennootschapsbelasting (VPB); Beoordeling van subsidies per medewerker; Bewaking van tijdige ontvangst en opstellen van (eind)afrekeningen; Opstellen en analyseren van balansspecificaties; Opstellen en analyseren van eenvoudige cijferbeoordelingen; Vereisten Afgeronde administratieve opleiding op minimaal Mbo 4 niveau Relevante werkervaring als Assistent Controller of een soortgelijke functie; Je bent niet bang voor computer en hebt bij voorkeur affiniteit met digitale processen; Goede communicatie vaardigheden Je hebt een vrolijke persoonlijkheid en bent een echte teamspeler; Verder werk je nauwkeurig, heb je oog voor details en werk je gestructureerd; Voordelen Wij zijn een kleine groeiende organisatie, dynamisch en energiek.
