De functie van (Junior) Trader richt zich op het zelfstandig drijven van internationale handel. Om succes te behalen in deze dynamische business ben je continue aan het jagen op goede deals. De wereld is daarbij jouw handelsterrein. Je koopt grote partijen drank en weet deze met goede winstmarges elders op de wereld te verkopen, daarbij rekening houdend met alle bijkomende logistieke en financiële aspecten. Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit: Acquisitie van nieuwe internationale klanten en leveranciers (Eigen netwerk opbouwen) Analyseren van inkomende offertes en versturen van offertes naar (potentiële) klanten Onderhandelen met klanten en leveranciers over prijzen, leveringsvoorwaarden en deals sluiten In- en verkoopdeals rondmaken en succesvol afwikkelen Kostprijs- en winstcalculaties maken (op transactiebasis) Het maken en voorbereiden van buitenlandse reizen en beursbezoeken. Kortom een uitdagende functie bij een internationaal bedrijf. Vereisten • HBO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur commerciële en/of economische richting). • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. • Uitstekende beheersing van een 2e vreemde taal. (Standaard Modern Arabisch/Frans/Spaans/Portugees) • Kennis van Microsoft office programma’s (Word/Excel/Outlook). • 1-3 jaar relevante werkervaring (internationale handel, inkoop en/of verkoop van fysieke goederen). • Bij voorkeur woonachtig binnen een straal van ±30 km. rondom Heerhugowaard. • Natuurlijke drive om te presteren. • Commercieel inzicht (handelsgeest). • Flinke dosis doorzettingsvermogen. • Communicatief en sociaal • Proactieve, ijverige en positieve instelling. Voordelen Een leuke internationale fulltime (32-40 uur) job waarin je, na een korte inwerkperiode, met mensen uit vele verschillende culturen zaken doet en je eigen succes kunt bepalen middels korte B2B salesprocessen waarbij je voor jezelf snel resultaat ziet (gemiddelde dealgrootte €75K). Een prettige en informele werkomgeving met een platte organisatie- structuur. We bestaan momenteel uit een klein team dat van aanpakken houdt. Je krijgt hierdoor de ruimte om mee te denken ons bedrijf verder uit te breiden tot een grote speler in de markt, waardoor je jezelf kunt ontwikkelen tot een professionele internationale trader. Salaris in overleg o.b.v. kennis en ervaring aangevuld met een zeer goed ‘pay for performance’ bonussysteem, 25 vakantie dagen, pensioenregeling en eindejaarsgratificatie.
