Als casemanager weet je mensen in beweging te krijgen bij inzetbaarheidsvraagstukken en vervul je een belangrijke rol op het gebied van preventie, verzuimbegeleiding en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Jij houdt grip op verzuim en adviseert werknemers en werkgevers op het gebied van het voorkomen en beperken van ziekteverzuim, re-integratie, Arbowetgeving, RI&E en alles wat hiermee samenhangt. Je bent proactief, durf zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en vindt het belangrijk om verantwoordelijk te zijn voor je eigen dossiers. Je hebt een verbindende rol en bepaalt in afstemming met specialisten de best passende vervolg stap of oplossing. Hierin is het belangrijk dat je goed kunt plannen en organiseren maar ook accuraat kunt werken. Je kunt mensen in beweging brengen, overtuigen en activeren naar de gewenste resultaten. Jij bent oplossingsgericht en gaat verder waar een ander ophoudt. Daarnaast draag je ideeën aan, denk je mee en kijk je vooruit. Tevens neem je periodiek deel aan intervisiegesprekken met bedrijfsartsen en collega casemanagers. Naast de samenwerking met de bedrijfsarts bestaat ons team uit Casemanagers Taakdelegatie en backoffice medewerkers, welke dagelijks klanten bedienen met een proactieve aanpak. Daarnaast werk je samen met je collega’s van het werkgeversloket. Dit doen wij door veel persoonlijk contact, korte lijnen te hanteren en de dienstverlening af te stemmen op de wensen en de behoeften van klanten. Onze specialisten weten namelijk als geen ander dat aandacht werkt.
