The posting

Aan jou als HR medewerker / salarisadministratie de taak om te zorgen dat jouw collega’s op tijd hun salaris krijgen uitbetaald. Door jouw ervaring met salarisadministratie sta jij stevig in je schoenen en kun jij al onze medewerkers en leidinggevenden goed te woord staan en adviseren als het gaat om salarisvraagstukken, maar ook over andere HR gerelateerde zaken. Je bent onderdeel van de HR afdeling en zult de afdeling dan ook ondersteunen. Daarnaast signaleer je veranderde wet- en regelgeving en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van salarisadministratie, verzuim- verlof- en pensioenregelingen en je speelt hierop in. Vereisten • een relevant mbo diploma, bij voorkeur HR gerelateerd en/of salarisadministratie of PDL; • in ieder geval werkervaring op een salarisadministratie; • kennis van HR wet- en regelgeving; • je bent communicatief sterk, integer, betrouwbaar en werkt secuur; • je bent bekend met personeelsinformatiesystemen en kunt werken met MS Office (Word en Excel).
