Ben jij de organisatorische kracht die wij zoeken? Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in het soepel verlopen van diverse projecten? Dan ben jij degene die wij nodig hebben! Als Project Management Ondersteuner (PMO) ben je de spil in het web die ervoor zorgt dat projecten gestructureerd en doelgericht worden uitgevoerd. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere: Verantwoordelijkheden: Plan van Aanpak: Stel een duidelijk plan van aanpak op voor projectondersteuning, waarbij je de belangrijkste stappen en mijlpalen in kaart brengt. Archivering: Zorg voor het opzetten en bijhouden van een gestructureerd archiveringssysteem, waardoor informatie gemakkelijk toegankelijk is voor het projectteam. Financiële Programma Administratie: Richt de financiële programma administratie in, waarmee je bijdraagt aan een transparante en efficiënte financiële afhandeling van projecten. Opleveren Financiële Administratie: Zorg voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige oplevering van de financiële administratie, waarbij je de projectleider ondersteunt bij budgetbewaking en rapportage. Voorbereiden en Organiseren: Bereid diverse bijeenkomsten voor en organiseer deze tot in de puntjes. Of het nu gaat om interne vergaderingen of externe sessies, jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Contacten onderhouden met: Programmamanager/Kwartiermaker: Heb regelmatig overleg met de programmamanager of kwartiermaker om de voortgang te bespreken en eventuele knelpunten aan te pakken. Interne Collega's: Sta in nauw contact met interne collega's, waarbij je informatie deelt, vragen beantwoordt en een brug slaat tussen verschillende teams binnen de organisatie. Externe Contacten: Het onderhouden van contacten met externe partijen behoort ook tot jouw taken. Of het nu leveranciers, partners of andere stakeholders zijn, jij zorgt voor heldere communicatie en samenwerking. Daarnaast is stressbestendigheid een van jouw troeven. Je blijft effectief presteren onder hoge werk- en tijdsdruk, bij tegenspel en druk door anderen, en in onzekere omstandigheden. Ook blink je uit in klantgerichtheid, waarbij je de wensen en behoeften van anderen herkent en onderzoekt om hierop doeltreffend in te spelen. Vereisten In bezit van een afgeronde, erkende en volwaardige opleiding op minimaal mbo niveau 4; Meerdere jaren werkervaring in een ondersteunende functie Kennis en ervaring met projectondersteuning Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in woord en geschrift Kennis en ervaring met het MS-Office pakket Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig en hebt oog voor details; Voordelen Wij zijn een kleine groeiende organisatie, dynamisch en energiek.
