The posting

Voor onze relatie in Noord Holland zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Recruiter (24-32 uur). In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige werving- en selectieproces. Je hebt veelvuldig contact met de managers, je onderzoekt de wervingsbehoeften binnen de organisatie en naar aanleiding daarvan stel je de vacatures op. Je verzorgt en coördineert het gehele werving- en selectieproces en adviseert managers bij de selectie van de juiste kandidaat. Je gaat zelf actief op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten via diverse kanalen en onderhoudt contact met externe wervingspartners. Je bent creatief in het verbeteren en optimaliseren van het recruitmentproces en de arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, dit doe je niet alleen maar in samenspraak met andere afdelingen, zoals afdeling Marketing en Communicatie. Je staat in nauw contact met de afdeling HR. Je komt te werken in een klein, gezellig team dat hard werkt, maar waar ook ruimte is voor humor. Vereisten • Een ervaren Recruiter met minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring en beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau; • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk); • Op de hoogte van de laatste trends op het gebied van recruitment; • Communicatief vaardig, mensen weet te overtuigen en beschikt over doorzettingsvermogen.
