  • Prospectar ativamente novos clientes (telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail, visitas e ações externas);
  • Identificar oportunidades e definir estratégias de abordagem;
  • Elaborar e participar de aões comerciais
  • Apresentar metodologia/serviços e elaborar propostas comerciais;
  • Negociar condições e fechar vendas;
  • Acompanhar funil de vendas e atualizar CRM;
  • Manter relacionamento ativo com a carteira de clientes;
  • Cumprir metas mensais e participar de reuniões e treinamentos.

Horário de trabalho: segunda a sexta 9h às 18h / sábados 8h às 12h.

Imprescindível disponibilidade para horas extras.

Salário fixo R$ 1800,00 + comissão (valores de comissão podem superar R$ 2000,00).

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência prévia em área comercial, vendas ou atendimento ao cliente;
  • Habilidade em negociação e persuasão, com foco em fechamento;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Perfil proativo, organizado e orientado a resultadoos

Diferenciais:

  • Residir em local de fácil acesso ao bairro Recreio;
  • Vivência com vendas consultivas ou serviços educacionais/saúde/bem-estar;
  • Conhecimento em CRM para gestão de funil de vendas;
  • Domínio básico de pacote Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Experiência com prospecção ativa (telefone, WhatsApp, visitas externas);
  • Interesse em desenvolvimento humano, educação e performance cognitiva.
