Você vai atuar em uma empresa focada em estética, com forte potencial de crescimento, ajudando a expandir nossa base de clientes e aumentar o volume de vendas.

  • Prospecção ativa de clientes via Instagram, Google, WhatsApp e outros canais digitais.
  • Realizar vendas online para a base atual de clientes.
  • Realizar vendas online para clientes que você mesmo prospectar.
  • Manter relacionamento próximo com clientes e leads.
  • Elaborar relatórios mensais de prospecção e conversão.
  • Registrar clientes prospectados e novos clientes orgânicos.
  • Atuar em parceria com o time para atingir e superar metas.

Horário de trabalho: segunda a sexta 8h30 às 18h / sábados 8h30 às 12h30

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em vendas
  • Vivência com vendas online e atendimento por canais digitais (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
  • Habilidade em prospecção ativa de clientes.
  • Comunicação clara, boa escrita e boa oratória.
  • Educação, flexibilidade para lidar com reclamações e foco em solução.
  • Proatividade, perfil orientado a metas e busca constante por novos clientes.
  • Facilidade de relacionamento e trabalho em equipe.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com vendas de produtos injetáveis de estética (botox, preenchedor, bioestimulador, etc.).
  • Histórico comprovado de superação de metas em vendas.
  • Familiaridade com CRM ou ferramentas de gestão de leads.
