Somos um grupo em crescimento, focado em serviços automotivos de qualidade e atendimento próximo. Você será a pessoa-chave para garantir operação redonda, equipe engajada e clientes fiéis.

  • Gerir a rotina do autocenter (oficina, pneus, serviços rápidos).
  • Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe comercial.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de vendas, produtividade e satisfação do cliente.
  • Garantir padrão de qualidade, segurança e organização da loja.
  • Controlar estoque, compras básicas e relacionamento com fornecedores.
  • Executar ações comerciais e campanhas locais para aumento de faturamento.
  • Resolver conflitos e garantir uma experiência positiva ao cliente.

Horário comercial - necessário disponibilidade para horas extras.

Salário: R$ 1790,00 + R$ 700,00 + comissões e bonificações (remuneração final pode ultrapassar R$ 5500,00).

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como gerente, encarregado ou líder.
  • Vivência com gestão de equipe de vendas/atendimento.
  • Forte orientação para resultados, metas e indicadores.
  • Boa comunicação, organização e postura voltada ao cliente.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em redes de autocenter ou franquias automotivas.
  • Noções de gestão financeira de loja (DRE, margem, ticket médio).
  • Histórico de aumento de faturamento ou melhoria de performance de unidade.
