Na Uniodonto Sul Fluminense, você será a ponte entre empresas, pessoas e um cuidado real com a saúde bucal. Nosso time comercial é estratégico para levar planos odontológicos de qualidade a mais clientes e fortalecer relacionamentos de longo prazo.

  • Realizar visitas externas a empresas e clientes pessoa física.
  • Prospectar novos clientes e oportunidades de negócio.
  • Apresentar planos, coberturas e benefícios de forma clara.
  • Explicar saúde preventiva e orientar sobre uso correto do plano.
  • Preencher propostas de adesão com atenção e organização.
  • Fazer pós-venda ativo, garantindo satisfação e fidelização.
  • Organizar agenda para equilibrar prospecção e fechamento de contratos.

Horário de trabalho: segunda a sexta 8h às 18h

Salário fixo 1780,80 + comissão (remuneração total somando salário e comissão: acima de R$ 2500,00)

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência prévia com vendas em qualquer segmento.
  • Perfil honesto, ético e focado em relacionamento de longo prazo.
  • Facilidade de comunicação e negociação com diferentes perfis de clientes.
  • Organização para gerir agenda, visitas e follow-ups.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial e em campo.
  • Capacidade de aprender e dominar regras e coberturas dos produtos.
  • Comunicação clara e didática.
  • Argumentação segura.
  • Capacidade de ajustar o discurso e interagir com todo tipo de público

Requisitos não obrigatórios que seráo considerados diferenciais:

  • Experiência com planos de saúde ou odontológicos.
  • Vivência com vendas consultivas B2B e B2C.
  • Carteira de clientes ativa na região Sul Fluminense.
  • Conhecimento básico de ferramentas de CRM ou controle de vendas.
