Esta posição de estágio administrativo é ideal para quem deseja aprender na prática como funciona uma consultoria em gestão de pessoas, com contato direto com ferramentas, sistemas e rotinas da área.

  • Atendimento a clientes e candidatos por meios digitais
  • Confecção de criativos para divulgação de vagas
  • Divulgação de vagas em grupos de emprego, redes sociais e plataformas diversas
  • Controle de recebimento de avaliações de candidatos
  • Abertura e atualização de vagas em sistema interno
  • Monitoramento de cronograma de processos seletivos
  • Envio de materiais e informações a candidatos e clientes
  • Suporte administrativo aos recrutadores em processos seletivos

Horário de trabalho: segunda a sexta 12h às 18h

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Estar cursando Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido
  • Boa comunicação escrita e organização
  • Facilidade com ferramentas digitais e redes sociais

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia em atendimento ao público ou suporte administrativo
  • Vivência com divulgação de vagas ou grupos de emprego
  • Noções básicas de planilhas e sistemas de gestão
  • Proatividade e interesse em desenvolver carreira em RH
