Somos um centro automotivo completo, em crescimento, e buscamos alguém que queira construir relacionamento de longo prazo com clientes, oferecendo um atendimento consultivo e transparente.

  • Atender clientes presencialmente e por telefone/WhatsApp.
  • Entender necessidades e indicar serviços e produtos adequados.
  • Elaborar orçamentos e acompanhar aprovações.
  • Negociar condições comerciais dentro das políticas da empresa.
  • Acompanhar o veículo durante o serviço e manter o cliente informado.
  • Realizar pós-venda e estimular a fidelização.
  • Organizar o fluxo de atendimento junto à equipe técnica.

Salário fixo: R$ 2200,00 + R$ 600,00 (bonificação garantida primeiros 03 meses) = R$ 2800,00 (mínimo garantido primeiros 03 meses)

Horário de Trabalho:

Segunda a Sexta - 8h as 18h

Sábado: 8h as 12h

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia com vendas (preferencialmente em autopeças, oficinas ou varejo técnico).
  • Facilidade de comunicação e negociação.
  • Organização para lidar com vários atendimentos ao mesmo tempo.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em regime CLT.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em centro automotivo ou concessionária.
  • Carteira de clientes ativa ou bom networking no segmento automotivo.
  • Conhecimento básico de serviços automotivos (troca de óleo, freios, suspensão etc.).
  • Vivência com sistemas de orçamento/ordem de serviço.
  • Noções de técnicas de vendas consultivas.
