Uma das principais companhias do setor de energia no Brasil, referência em comercialização de energia no mercado livre e em soluções de geração distribuída e autoprodução busca um Supervisor Comercial B2B e B2C - Geração Distribuída.

Principais responsabilidades:

▪ Liderar a equipe de analistas comerciais, garantindo a qualidade das entregas e a aderência regulatória dos estudos e análises;

▪ Apresentar estudos de viabilidade, projeções tarifárias e estratégias energéticas para clientes, apoiando a tomada de decisão;

▪ Prospectar novos clientes e criar estratégias de fidelização e manutenção da base atual;

▪ Desenvolver e ampliar canais de vendas B2B e B2C, fortalecendo a presença da empresa em diferentes segmentos;

▪ Coordenar propostas comerciais complexas, integrando análises técnicas, financeiras e regulatórias;

▪ Gerir consumidores e geradores no mercado livre de energia, atuando de forma estratégica na operação e comercialização no ambiente atacadista;

▪ Manter relacionamento com órgãos do setor (ANEEL, CCEE, ONS, distribuidoras), acompanhando processos e mudanças regulatórias;

▪ Apoiar a definição de estratégias de compra e venda de energia, com base em análises de mercado e cenário regulatório;

▪ Acompanhar indicadores de mercado, mapeando oportunidades, riscos e tendências para suportar decisões estratégicas.

- Graduação completa em Administração, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas;

- Experiência consolidada em vendas B2B e/ou B2C no setor de energia;

- Vivência com indicadores de performance (KPIs);

- Conhecimento em geração distribuída (regulação, contratos, processos com CCEE/ANEEL/distribuidoras);

- Capacidade de elaborar e conduzir propostas comerciais complexas (análises técnicas, regulatórias e financeiras);

- Domínio de Excel e ferramentas de CRM/ERP.
