Estamos em busca de um(a) Supervisor de RH e DP para atuação presencial em grande empresa do segmento de logística localizada em Montes Claros de Goiás/GO.

Buscamos um(a) profissional para liderar as operações de Recursos Humanos e Departamento Pessoal de uma unidade industrial de grande porte, com foco na gestão de equipes, melhoria de processos e suporte às lideranças locais. Você será responsável por garantir a integração entre a unidade e as áreas corporativas, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos e para a gestão de pessoas.

Principais responsabilidades:

Liderar e desenvolver a equipe local de RH e DP, garantindo a eficiência das rotinas e processos. Atuar como elo entre as lideranças da unidade, a equipe local e as áreas corporativas. Acompanhar os subsistemas de RH, incluindo recrutamento e seleção, treinamento e desenvolvimento, avaliação de desempenho, clima organizacional e ações de engajamento. Supervisionar as rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, como admissões, desligamentos, controle de ponto, férias, benefícios e demais processos trabalhistas, em interface com o corporativo. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, padronização e otimização dos processos internos. Apoiar os gestores nas demandas relacionadas à gestão de pessoas, contribuindo para a tomada de decisão. Acompanhar indicadores de RH e DP, garantindo o cumprimento das políticas internas e da legislação trabalhista.

Ensino superior completo em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas. Experiência generalista em RH e Departamento Pessoal. Vivência com gestão de equipes e melhoria de processos. Conhecimento de legislação trabalhista e rotinas de administração de pessoal. Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Montes Claros de Goiás/GO.
