Description du poste

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Acheteur pour joindre l'équipe d'un de nos clients, une entreprise manufacturière reconnue pour son expertise et son engagement envers l'amélioration continue.

Relevant de la direction des opérations, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion stratégique des approvisionnements. Vous serez responsable d'assurer la disponibilité des matériaux, composantes et services nécessaires aux opérations tout en optimisant les coûts, les inventaires et les relations avec les fournisseurs.

Plus précisément, vous devrez entre autres :

  • Procéder à l'achat de matériaux, composantes, matières premières et services selon les recommandations du système ERP;
  • Créer, maintenir et optimiser les paramètres d'approvisionnement et les données d'articles (MOQ, Min-Max, prix, niveaux de sécurité, Kanban, etc.);
  • Assurer un approvisionnement efficace et ponctuel en fonction des besoins de production;
  • Déterminer et maintenir des niveaux d'inventaire optimaux selon les besoins opérationnels;
  • Effectuer le suivi des fournisseurs afin de garantir le respect des délais de livraison et mesurer leur performance;
  • Développer et maintenir d'excellentes relations avec les fournisseurs stratégiques tout en offrant un service de qualité aux clients internes;
  • Gérer les non-conformités fournisseurs et participer à la résolution des problématiques d'approvisionnement;
  • Assurer un taux de rotation d'inventaire optimal;
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités de réduction des coûts;
  • Rechercher et qualifier de nouvelles sources d'approvisionnement;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de réception et d'inspection afin d'assurer un flux efficace des matériaux;
  • Participer activement aux initiatives d'amélioration continue de son secteur.

Exigences et expériences

  • Vous détenez un DEC ou une AEC en approvisionnement, logistique ou dans un domaine connexe, ou possédez une expérience équivalente;
  • Vous cumulez de 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste d'acheteur, idéalement dans un environnement manufacturier;
  • Vous possédez une solide expérience en négociation et en gestion des relations fournisseurs;
  • Vous maîtrisez les meilleures pratiques en approvisionnement stratégique;
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des méthodes de gestion d'inventaire telles que Min-Max, MOQ et Kanban;
  • Vous êtes orienté vers le service à la clientèle, tant interne qu'externe;
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à analyser, planifier et optimiser les coûts;
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement en constante évolution et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément;
  • Vous êtes bilingue en français et en anglais;
  • Vous possédez une expérience avec un système ERP (atout).
