Description du poste

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Acheteur(euse) pour joindre l'équipe de l'un de nos clients, une entreprise spécialisée dans la conception de solutions de commutation, de protection et de contrôle des réseaux électriques.

Relevant du directeur des achats, vous serez responsable de l'approvisionnement des différents projets de l'entreprise. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes internes et les fournisseurs afin d'assurer la disponibilité des matériaux, le respect des échéanciers et l'optimisation des coûts.

Plus précisément, vous devrez entre autres :

  • Traiter les demandes d'achats pour les différents projets de production;
  • Effectuer les suivis auprès des fournisseurs et assurer le respect des délais de livraison;
  • Gérer les situations d'urgence liées à l'approvisionnement;
  • Maintenir à jour les paramètres d'inventaire (Min/Max) dans le système ERP;
  • Anticiper les risques liés aux fournisseurs critiques et mettre en place des solutions préventives;
  • Identifier des opportunités de réduction de coûts en collaboration avec les différents départements;
  • Négocier les ententes commerciales et assurer leur application;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de production, d'ingénierie et de logistique afin d'assurer un excellent flux de communication;
  • Surveiller les niveaux d'inventaire et planifier les besoins d'approvisionnement;
  • Rechercher, évaluer et sélectionner les fournisseurs selon les critères de qualité, de coût et de performance.

Exigences et expériences

  • Vous détenez un DEC, une AEC ou un baccalauréat en administration, en gestion des opérations ou en gestion de l'approvisionnement (atout majeur);
  • Vous possédez un minimum de deux (2) ans d'expérience en achats et approvisionnement dans un environnement manufacturier;
  • Vous avez une expérience avec un système Kanban (obligatoire);
  • Vous maîtrisez les systèmes ERP/MRP ainsi que la suite Microsoft Office;
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, afin d'échanger avec des fournisseurs locaux et internationaux;
  • Vous possédez une excellente capacité d'analyse et êtes à l'aise dans un environnement où les priorités évoluent rapidement;
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour vos habiletés en négociation, votre autonomie et votre capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
