Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière d'envergure mondiale reconnue pour la qualité de ses produits et son environnement de travail collaboratif, est à la recherche d'un(e) Acheteur(trice) stratégique bilingue afin de joindre son équipe d'approvisionnement globale.

VOTRE RÔLE STRATÉGIQUE

Dans ce poste, vous serez responsable d'une des catégories d'achats au sein d'une équipe d'approvisionnement internationale.

Vous collaborerez avec des partenaires internes et externes situés dans différentes régions du monde et contribuerez directement aux initiatives de réduction de coûts, de gestion des risques et d'optimisation des fournisseurs.

Plus précisément, vous serez responsable de définir et mettre en œuvre les stratégies d'approvisionnement de votre portefeuille de fournisseurs et jouerez un rôle clé par :

  • L'élaboration et le déploiement de stratégies d'approvisionnement à l'échelle mondiale.
  • La sélection, l'évaluation et le développement de fournisseurs stratégiques.
  • La gestion des appels d'offres (RFQ) et des processus de sourcing.
  • L'analyse des coûts, des structures de prix et du coût total d'acquisition.
  • La négociation de contrats, de conditions commerciales et d'ententes à long terme.
  • L'évaluation des risques liés à la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
  • L'identification d'opportunités de réduction de coûts et d'amélioration de la performance fournisseur.
  • La gestion des transitions et transferts de fournisseurs lorsque requis.
  • Le suivi des tendances de marché, des matières premières et des facteurs économiques pouvant influencer les coûts.
  • La collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie, d'opérations, de qualité et de développement de produits.

COMPÉTENCES VISÉES

  • Formation collégiale ou universitaire pertinente dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en approvisionnement dans un environnement manufacturier.
  • Expérience en achats techniques (domaine électrique et électronique est un atout)
  • Compétences en négociation commerciale et gestion de fournisseurs internationaux.
  • Avoir travaillé avec des systèmes ERP / MRP.
  • Familiarité avec les analyses de coûts (« cost breakdown », « open cost analysis », coût total de possession).
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais 5 sur 5, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. (Français doit être au minimum fonctionnel)

  • Autonomie et sens des priorités.
  • Capacité à influencer différents intervenants.
  • Aptitude à travailler dans un contexte matriciel et international.
  • Rigueur et excellent jugement d'affaires.
  • Solides compétences relationnelles.
