Nous recherchons un boulanger pour une entreprise stable et bien établie a Québec, toujours en croissance dans son marché.

Vous aurez assurer la bonne marche des opération en participant à la production quotidienne. Vous serez responsable d'assurer la qualité des recettes tout en préservant un climat de travail agréable, productif et positif;)

Profil recherché

  • Formation en boulangerie, pâtisserie, cuisine ou expérience pertinente;
  • Expérience en boulangerie artisanale, commerciale ou industrielle;
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de production dynamique;
  • Bon esprit d'équipe et attitude positive;
  • Sens de l'organisation et autonomie;
  • Souci du détail et de la qualité;
  • Bonne condition physique.
  • DEP en boulangerie;
  • Expérience en production alimentaire; fabrication à volume moyen ou élevé;
  • Polyvalence en boulangerie et pâtisserie.

Exigences et expériences -Diplôme en boulangerie; -Expérience en boulangerie commerciale ou industrielle ; -Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer les imprévus ;
