Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un chargé de projet / estimateur pour joindre une compagnie de renom basée à Sherbrooke. Super belle équipe, patron qui se soucie de ses employés, ambiance dynamique et positive, des beaux projets et de belle activités!



Tâches et responsabilités

  • Analyser les plans, devis et documents d'appel d'offres;
  • Participer à la définition des besoins clients et à l'analyse des projets;
  • Évaluer les quantités, matériaux, main-d'œuvre et coûts associés;
  • Préparer les soumissions et les budgets prévisionnels;
  • Valider la conformité technique des estimations;
  • Planifier et organiser les activités liées aux projets;
  • Suivre les échéanciers et contrôler les coûts;
  • Assurer la communication avec les clients et les parties prenantes;
  • Contrôler la qualité des livrables et assurer la conformité.

Exigences et expériences

  • DEC ou BAC en génie, architecture, gestion de projet ou domaine connexe;
  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en gestion ou estimation de projets (construction un atout);
  • Connaissance de la suite Office, Autocad (atout).
