Une entreprise manufacturière canadienne de premier plan spécialisée dans le secteur alimentaire en Estrie recherche un Chargé de projet en automatisation pour piloter la modernisation de ses procédés industriels.

Vous possédez une fine compréhension de la production automatisée et aimez agir comme chef d'orchestre pour aligner les équipes et les défis techniques sur le terrain ?

RESPONSABILITÉS  Au cœur d'un environnement manufacturier performant, vous serez responsable de l'analyse de faisabilité jusqu'à la mise en service, et transformerez les objectifs d'affaires en solutions techniques concrètes, sûres et rentables.

Plus précisément, votre quotidien sera de:

  • Piloter le cycle complet des projets d'investissement : études de faisabilité, budgets, échéanciers, appels d'offres et analyse de rentabilité.
  • Coordonner la conception multidisciplinaire (procédés, mécanique, électrique, automatisation et données industrielles) selon les standards de qualité et de sécurité.
  • Superviser les chantiers, planifier le phasage des travaux lors des arrêts d'usine et coordonner les entrepreneurs et équipes internes.
  • Valider la conformité des interventions sur le terrain et intervenir immédiatement en cas de risque pour la sécurité ou la qualité.
  • Diriger les essais, la qualification et la mise en service jusqu'à la prise en charge par les opérations.
  • Optimiser la performance des procédés (productivité, capacité, énergie, ergonomie) à partir de données factuelles et partager les leçons apprises.

PROFIL SOUHAITÉ

  • Baccalauréat ou technique en génie industriel, génie de la production automatisée ou équivalent.
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en milieu manufacturier, avec gestion complète de projets d'investissement multidisciplinaires.
  • Bonnes connaissances en automatisation (PLC, HMI, SCADA, réseaux industriels) et en sécurité machine.
  • Capacité à lire et challenger des plans et devis; l'expérience en transformation alimentaire est un atout.
  • Aisance égale au bureau et sur le terrain; flexibilité d'horaire lors des arrêts planifiés ou mises en service.
  • Français maîtrisé et anglais fonctionnel.
