Notre client, un leader incontestable et bien établi dans le secteur de la construction au Québec, souhaite accueillir un chargé de projets pour accompagner la croissance de sa division bâtiment.

Description du poste

Vous prendrez en charge des projets de construction du début à la fin, avec un souci constant de qualité, de rigueur et de respect des engagements.

Plus spécifiquement, vous devrez entre autres :

  • Planifier, organiser et superviser l'exécution des travaux ;
  • Coordonner les équipes terrain et les sous-traitants ;
  • Assurer la conformité des livrables, des budgets et des échéanciers ;
  • Maintenir une communication claire avec les clients et les parties prenantes ;
  • Gérer la documentation et anticiper les risques du projet.

Exigences et expériences

  • Diplôme universitaire en génie Civil, architecture ou Gestion de la construction ;
  • Expérience en gestion de projets de bâtiments au Québec ;
  • Permis de conduire valide (pour déplacements sur les chantiers)
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.) ;
  • Capacité d'analyse, de décision et de négociation
  • Membre OIQ ou ingénieur un atout
  • Leadership mobilisateur et autonomie.
