À titre de chargé(e) de projet, vous êtes responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la réalisation des projets, de leur démarrage jusqu'à la livraison finale. Vous assurez le respect des échéanciers, des budgets et des standards de qualité, tout en étant le point central entre les intervenants.

Principales responsabilités

  • Planifier et coordonner les travaux parties prenantes et équipes internes
  • Organiser les étapes du projet et le déroulement des chantiers
  • Planifier la main-d'œuvre et assurer l'alignement des ressources
  • Analyser les plans et devis et préparer les dessins d'atelier
  • Gérer les achats, les quantités et la disponibilité des matériaux
  • Assurer les suivis de chantier, réunions et communications avec les parties prenantes
  • Contrôler l'avancement des travaux, les coûts et le respect des échéanciers
  • Assurer la conformité des travaux aux normes et exigences
  • Gérer les imprévus, modifications et risques
  • Préparer les demandes de paiement et les rapports de projet
  • Effectuer les suivis finaux et assurer la satisfaction du client

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en gestion de projets de construction /domaine connexe
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et devis
  • Solides compétences en organisation et gestion des priorités
  • Leadership mobilisateur et excellente communication
  • Connaissance du domaine de l'enveloppe du bâtiment ou du verre un atout
  • Rigueur, autonomie et sens des responsabilités
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Anglais un atout
