Description du rôle

Relevant du gestionnaire principal des opérations et en collaboration avec la direction, vous assurez la tenue comptable multi-compagnies et le soutien administratif courant.

Plus spécifiquement, vous devrez entre autres :

  • Assurer la tenue de livres complète multi-compagnies incluant la conciliation bancaire, TPS, TVQ;
  • Produire et maintenir les dossiers financiers requis pour les institutions et la direction ;
  • Préparer les dossiers et documents liés aux procédures du Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL) ;
  • Effectuer les suivis administratifs auprès des clients et offrir un soutien général à l'équipe de gestion ;
  • Participer à l'implantation et à l'apprentissage d'un nouveau logiciel comptable (Hopem) et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus.

Exigences et expériences

  • Formation ou expérience pertinente en comptabilité et/ou administration ;
  • Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit ;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément, sens du service et discrétion.
