Vous souhaitez devenir le bras droit de la Direction RH tout en évoluant au sein d'une solide organisation de renommée nationale axée sur l'humain et la collaboration ?

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Partenaire d'affaires RH (PARH) dédié à l'usine principale d'un groupe d'envergure.

VOTRE MANDAT

Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice des ressources humaines, vous serez responsable du volet RH et des relations de travail pour le personnel syndiqué de l'usine principale. En tant que partenaire crédible et véritable bras droit de la DRH, vous jouerez un rôle conseil de premier plan auprès des gestionnaires et du personnel syndiqué de l'usine.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Relations de travail (70 %) :
  • Agir à titre de principale ressource et point de contact auprès des employés et des représentants syndicaux.
  • Assurer la prévention et la gestion des conflits, mener les enquêtes et effectuer le suivi rigoureux des dossiers disciplinaires.
  • Promouvoir un climat de travail sain, constructif, professionnel et harmonieux sur le plancher.
  • Coaching & Développement organisationnel (10 %) :
  • Conseiller, coacher et accompagner les gestionnaires d'usine dans leur rôle de leaders, la gestion de la performance et le développement de leurs équipes.
  • Recrutement d'usine (10 %) :
  • Prendre en charge le recrutement des postes de l'usine (volume modéré, environ 1 à 2 postes ouverts simultanément) en synergie et entraide avec l'équipe RH.
  • Projets RH & Marque employeur (10 %) :
  • Collaborer à des projets spéciaux visant la mobilisation, la rétention et le rayonnement de la marque employeur.
  • Assurer une veille des meilleures pratiques RH, contribuer au développement organisationnel et proposer des initiatives novatrices.

(Note : Les volets Paye, Santé & Sécurité (SST) et Comité social sont pris en charge par des équipes et spécialistes dédiés).

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • BAC ou diplôme pertinent en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience intermédiaire en RH, avec un historique probant en relations de travail en milieu manufacturier / syndiqué.
  • Langues : Maîtrise du français et niveau d'anglais fonctionnel.
  • Forte crédibilité, capacité d'influence positive, diplomatie, excellente écoute et approche résolument orientée vers les solutions.
  • Autonomie jumelé à un fort esprit de collaboration, proactivité et sens de l'urgence.

CONDITIONS & AVANTAGES

  • Horaire flexible de 37,75 h par semaine.
  • Possibilité d'effectuer un horaire compressé sur 4 jours et demi (vendredi après-midi de congé !).
  • Mode hybride : 3 jours de présence sur place et jusqu'à 2 jours en télétravail.
  • Programme complet d'assurances collectives (soins médicaux/paramédicaux, dentaire, vie, invalidité longue durée) – payé à 50 % par l'employeur.
  • 6 jours de congés personnels par an.
  • 13 jours fériés payés par an.
  • Allocation santé de 250 $ par année et cours d'activités physiques offerts sur place (ex. yoga).
  • Régime REER collectif avec cotisation de l'employeur jusqu'à 3 %.
