The posting

Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière bien établie et reconnue pour la qualité de ses produits ainsi que pour son environnement de travail humain et collaboratif, est actuellement à la recherche d'un Conseiller en Prévention - Santé et Sécurité.

Relevant de la direction des ressources humaines, la personne jouera un rôle clé dans la mise en place, la gestion et l'amélioration des programmes de prévention. Elle contribuera activement à l'implantation dune culture SST forte, durable et proactive, en agissant comme partenaire de terrain auprès des gestionnaires et des employés.

Principales responsabilités:

  • Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et assurer le suivi des programmes et initiatives en santé et sécurité pour les deux sites de production;
  • Être présent sur le plancher pour coacher les gestionnaires, sensibiliser les employés et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques de prévention;
  • Identifier les risques, mener des inspections et audits, recommander et implanter des actions correctives;
  • Animer les comités SST et coordonner les formations et activités de prévention;
  • Gérer les dossiers CNESST, les enquêtes d'accidents et le programme d'assignation temporaire;
  • Produire les indicateurs de performance SST et contribuer au plan d'action annuel;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes pour assurer la conformité et améliorer continuellement la performance.

Profil recherché:

  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en santé et sécurité du travail, ressources humaines ou expérience équivalente;
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement manufacturier (syndiqué, un atout);
  • Bonne connaissance du cadre légal québécois en SST;
  • Expérience démontrée dans la mise en place de programmes de prévention et de culture SST;
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication, d'influence et de mobilisation;
  • Rigueur, autonomie et leadership de terrain;
  • Permis de conduire valide et véhicule pour se déplacer entre les deux sites;
  • Bonne maîtrise du français oral et écrit et anglais fonctionnel;
  • Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
