Description du poste

Nous cherchons présentement un Contrôleur financier pour intégrer l'équipe de gestion d'un de nos clients, une entreprise dynamique, en pleine évolution et possédant des opérations multi-entités. Leur mission: livrer des résultats d'excellence tout en cultivant une culture de collaboration et d'agilité.

Relevant du PDG, tu joueras un rôle central dans la gestion et la planification financière de l'entreprise. En plus, de superviser une petite équipe comptable, tu seras un partenaire stratégique, impliqué dans l'analyse de la performance, la gestion des risques, l'optimisation des processus et le soutien aux décisions d'affaires.

Plus précisément, vous devrez entre autres :

  • Superviser l'ensemble du cycle comptable de l'entreprise et de ses entités (états financiers mensuels, conciliations, écritures de fin de mois, etc.);
  • Assurer la conformité aux normes comptables, fiscales et réglementaires en vigueur;
  • Préparer et analyser les états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels;
  • Élaborer, suivre et optimiser les budgets, prévisions financières et analyses de rentabilité;
  • Gérer la trésorerie, les flux de liquidités, les financements et les relations bancaires;
  • Soutenir la direction dans l'analyse financières pour des projets spéciaux, les investissements et les décisions stratégiques;
  • Encadrer et développer une équipe de deux techniciens comptables;
  • Participer à l'optimisation des processus comptables et à l'implantation d'outils de gestion (ex: ERP, tableaux de bord, etc.);
  • Coordonner la préparation des dossiers de vérification externe.

Exigences et expériences

  • Tu possèdes un baccalauréat en comptabilité, finances ou domaine connexe;
  • Tu es CPA ou en voie de le devenir;
  • Tu cumules de 5 à 8 ans d'expérience, dont au moins 2 ans en gestion;
  • Tu es très à l'aise avec les logiciels comptables (QuickBooks, Acomba, etc.), les outils de travail infonuagiques tel que la suite Google;
  • Tu es autonome, intrapreneur et tu as de l'initiative;
  • Tu aimes le travail en collaboration;
  • Tu possèdes une expérience dans un environnement multi-entreprises (un atout);
  • Tu possèdes une bonne capacité à gérer les priorités ainsi qu'un bon esprit d'analyse stratégique;
  • Tu es bilingue (anglais, français).
