Un chef de file du secteur alimentaire recherche une personne technique et de terrain, axée sur les solutions et le travail d'équipe, pour occuper le rôle clé de Coordonnateur de production de soir.

Rôle et responsabilités

Sous la responsabilité du Superviseur de production, vous jouez un rôle central pour assurer la fluidité, la propreté et la qualité des opérations durant le quart de soir.  En tant que personne-ressource sur le plancher, vos tâches principales incluent :

  • Planification et coordination : Anticiper et préparer les besoins de production du jour et du lendemain (disponibilité des matières premières, respect des recettes et des standards).
  • Opérationnel et logistique : S'assurer du démarrage à temps des équipements et orchestrer les pauses des équipes de manière à optimiser la continuité des opérations.
  • Support technique et terrain : Effectuer un premier niveau de dépannage (troubleshooting) sur les équipements et agir à titre de soutien aux postes au besoin.
  • Qualité et contrôle : Effectuer la gestion des contraintes et des retenues tout en veillant au strict respect des normes de sécurité alimentaire de l'usine.
  • Organisation et 5S : Assurer le maintien d'un environnement propre, sécuritaire et ordonné en tout temps (gestion du 5S et suivi des démarches d'amélioration continue/Kaizen).
  • Collaboration et climat de travail : Veiller à l'harmonie du secteur, travailler en synergie avec les autres coordonnateurs et maintenir un esprit d'équipe positif.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire ou comme opérateur principal au sein d'un environnement manufacturier réglementé (alimentaire, pharmaceutique ou similaire).
  • Aptitudes informatique et en rédaction: Bonne aisance avec les environnements informatiques pour documenter des incidents techniques et problèmes qualité.
  • Compétences techniques : Capacité d'apprentissage rapide des équipements industriels et aptitudes pour le dépannage de base.
  • Aptitudes personnelles : Leadership naturel, excellent sens de l'organisation et des priorités, rigueur et souci du détail/qualité.
  • Compétences relationnelles : Approche pédagogique, esprit d'équipe, attitude positive et grande capacité de communication.

  • Horaire attractif : Du lundi au jeudi, de 14 h 45 à 1 h 00 (3 jours de congé consécutifs du vendredi au dimanche !).
  • Jusqu'à 30 $/h (selon expérience) + Prime de soir de 2 $/h
